Fastboot Store is proud to serve our customers both domestically in Maldives and internationally, with a variety of delivery options available.

Domestic Delivery (Maldives): Enjoy free delivery on all purchases within Maldives. We strive to ensure quick and reliable delivery service to all corners of our home country.

International Delivery: We are excited to offer worldwide shipping for our international customers. Please note, shipping charges will be applied for international orders based on the destination and package weight. You can review shipping charges during the checkout process.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Fastboot Store is committed to your satisfaction and we understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange a product.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Initiate your return within the specified period (5 days for local and 14 days for international orders) of receipt of goods. You can contact us by email at info@fastbootstore.com or call our customer service team on +9609546695. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition. All items being returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • All items should be returned in the original packaging, including all original tags.

    We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping carrier to return items to us and to retain the tracking number for your records. Please note that Fastboot Store is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please include your name, order number, and contact details both in and on the return package, to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

Return Costs

If you cannot return the product in person, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund for returned items, eligible items need to be returned and reach us within the specified return periods (5 days for local and 14 days for international orders). Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for the order and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. Please note that the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt of the returned item and the status of your refund via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through the BML Gateway and direct bank account transfers (available for locals only).

In what currency are the prices displayed on your website?

All prices on our website are displayed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). If you wish to view the prices in USD, you can do so by clicking the currency change button on the right side of the screen.

How long does it take to process an order?

We strive to process all orders within 48 business hours upon receiving your order confirmation email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Fastboot Store offers worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
